HNG annual report design, containing the art work of John Körner
Every year HNG Midt-Nord Salg A/S and HNG Midt-Nord Handel A/S publishes its economic figures, with each annual edition of the report containing illustrations from a particular contemporary Danish artist. This has a been a company tradition and the artist's expression has the effect of characterising and softening potentially dry economic data. The illustrations take their inspiration from Alexandre Dumas's The Three Musketeers, which was a HNG sponsored stage production at the Royal Danish Theatre in Copenhagen, Denmark during 2010. The reports are also seen as an opportunity to use different printing methods for the artist's work. John Körner's seven images and cover were heliographies in seven colours.
Format: 220 x 279 mm, softcover, 64 pages, 7 heliograph ill.
